Win or lose, a fresh team arrives at local midnight. Keep playing, build your streak, and find your next win.

Once the battle with RED begins, leaving or reloading counts as a loss. You can explore and check your team before you commit.

Is Daily Red free to play?

Yes. Play directly in a modern browser with no download to install and no account. The game files download when you start your first run.

When does the daily challenge reset?

At midnight in your local time zone. Players on the same calendar date receive the same team. Practice mode is available anytime and does not affect your daily record.

Where are my wins and streaks saved?

Only in this browser on this device. Clearing site data resets your record, and stats do not sync between devices. If browser storage is blocked, your record may only last for the current visit.

What makes this battle different?

RED has six level 100 Pokémon, trained stats, held items, and tough trainer AI. Your team and moves change each day. Battles use FireRed’s original Generation III rules and Set battle style, so there is no free switch after a knockout.
